Broken Sprinkler

Yes, I do have a girly girl. She wanted a picture in her Cinderella outfit! And
of course I couldn't resist taking a picture. She got this outfit for her 4th
Birthday from Kelly. He has pretty good taste eh!

What is the best thing to do with a broken sprinkler??

It is always best to run through the fountain of water

especially in the 90 plus degree weather and flood the lawn! I decided to

grab the camera instead of turning off the water.

It was fun to see them try to stop the water,

they liked seeing the bat shoot up in the air.

Hmmmmm, maybe Jaden should try sitting on it. It didn't work, but everyone took
a turn sitting on the fountain and until the next time, enjoy those broken sprinkler's
when you get the chance!

Vacation to Starvation Lake!

Finally, we went fishing this summer! We went camping at Starvation Lake and we brought our cousin Tayden too. Tayden also caught the most fish! Beginners luck!! We had a blast fishing, playing in the water, sand and throwing rocks!

We are ready to fish, just look at these muscles!
Jacey was having tons of fun! Nice pose!
What a cutie!

What cute little daddy's girls! We couldn't get Kamryn out of the water! We basically had to drag her away! She had no fear. We had to keep a close eye on her, she would just jump in if we weren't right there!

Here are the great fisherman and fisherwoman! They certainly got their money's worth out of their fishing poles! They wanted to fish from the crack of dawn until it was dark!

Tayden still caught the most fish, even after trying a few different spots! Way to go Tayden! Too bad the fish were too small to keep. Maybe next time.

Kamryn loved the water even though it was pretty cold. She had fun throwing rocks in and splashing around.

Yes, I know we are all whities! This is the first time we've seen the sun in our swimsuits this summer! Pretty sad huh!? We all had a great time and can't wait to go again!

Kamryn's 1st Haircut

Yes! Kamryn is getting her first haircut....
besides the ocassional bangs being trimmed.
She is 20 months and still doesn't have much
hair! Thats okay she is still a cutie!!!
Here is what her hair looked like before.

We are so glad that Kim has been the one
to cut each of our children's hair for the
first time! She flew all the way from NC
for this moment!! Don't worry we will
tip her good!
Kamryn did just great.

Thanks Kim, she looks sooo cute!
It only took like 2 minutes to tame
that wild hair.

Konnley's 9th Birthday

KONNLEY IS 9!!!
Okay, here are some new pictures finally! Here is our new champion bowler
and Birthday boy! I can't believe he is 9!

Here are some of Konnley's friends competing for 1st place

This is the way I like to bowl! Jacey had a blast
bowling, her score wasn't too bad either!

Wow, Konnley got his very own bowling pin! Everyone at
the party signed it, too cool!

Someone is excited to open presents!

Squirt guns are good!!

Look at what fun stuff I got! My favorite present
was the remote control helicoptor!

And of course the batteries! Thanks everyone!

What a lovely cake! Don't mind the graduation hat! OOPS...

Yes, we have stylin bowling shoes on!

Here are the party animals! Kamryn stayed home with Grandma...
would you give Kamryn a bowling ball?? I didn't think so, maybe next year.
Fun party!

Easter 08'

EASTER 08 IN MOAB WITH OUR FRIENDS!!!

Yes, Easter is here again! We went to Moab for the Jeep Safari! We stayed with Rachel & Rory and had a great time! We had an Easter egg hunt and the Easter bunny did find us in Moab! It was lots of fun, the kids are ready for the next get-together! Thanks Everyone!

We got the kids to stand still long enough for a picture before the big hunt. They had a blast! The little kids 7 and under had their hunt, then the kids 8 and older had their hunt that was a little bit of a challenge! They actually had to dig and search high and low! Thanks Easter Bunny!

Kamryn figured out what to do pretty quick. We scored great, I mean she scored great with a lot of candy....... She is so fun to watch!

Jacey had fun running around filling her basket! She found $1 in a golden egg! Wow! She got a kite, clothes, sandals, a mini-dolly thing (which she sleeps, eats and has with her everywhere), swimming goggles and loads of candy....... Thanks Easter bunny!

Taking 5 just before the hunt. Ryker is growing up so fast! Here is Katie from Grand Junction and Kelly taking a breather. Vacationing is so difficult!

This is Jacey's last holiday as a 3 year old! I can't believe how fast she is growing up!

Jaden found $3 in his eggs! Save up little buddy! He wants his own cell phone........ I don't know where he gets this? Some kids in his class already have their own cell phones, so he thinks he needs one too. Oh, not to mention mom and dad are on their cell phones quite a bit! We'll see what happens Jaden..... For Easter Jaden got a kite, sandals, clothes, goggles a helicopter toy thingy, and loads of candy. Sorry mr. dentist......

And the Grand Prize Winner! Konnley found an egg with $20 in it! I thought maybe $5 or $10 but $20! Thanks for the gas money home Konn! (Just kidding, he can put it in savings instead...how boring is that)! It took the older kids a long time to find the last 2 eggs. They were hidden pretty well under leaves and a lot of kids kept walking right over the last 2 golden eggs, but Konnley finally found one! He is still talking about his $20 bill....... I think he can start saving for college! He also got a kite, sandals, badly needed clothes (he is growing so fast all his winter pants are now floods) a game, and candy.

Kamryn enjoyed the treats and roaming around searching for eggs. She got cute little clogs, a kite, stylish sunglasses ( she is always wearing mine or Kelly's so now she finally has her own)
and she did great spending nights away from home Thank You!

We hope you all had a wonderful Easter and enjoyed spending time with your family & friends!
Just a suggestion, I think we should all gang up on the school district and get our Week off for Spring Break! Who's with me?!!!

Monday, March 3, 2008

I don't know about you guys, but we are having major cabin fever! I cannot wait to start playing outside (I really mean the kids....he-he) and going for walks and bike rides! The kids are always running around the house and the little tornado (that would be Kamryn) is always leaving a path of destruction behind her. Lately she has been amused by putting canned goods in the garbage can....and anything else she can find. Come to think of it, I haven't seen our kitchen phone for a loooong time now! I hope Spring weather will be here sooner than later!

They still like to be treated like babies! Kelly won't be able to carry them much longer, I know I can't! They got a kick out of it though! Also, a great way to get them to bed....

A few weeks ago we were having the urge to BBQ! After we are done eating, we usually push
the chairs in so a certain someone doesn't climb on the table. I caught Kamryn going after Jacey's unfinished hamburger. It turned out to be so funny so I grabbed the camera!

Here we are celebrating our 30-something birthdays together! Since we are only 2 weeks apart we usually celebrate our birthdays together. We went out to dinner and had an icecream cake for dessert! Yummy! Happy Birthday HUNNY! You are the best! (I don't know what is wrong with my pictures they look out of focus to me, any suggestions, pass them on)!
